REFUND POLICY

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is an issue so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS:
We do not provide Refunds. We provide a Store Credit only for defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product.

RETURNS:
If the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will need to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will be responsible for mailing back the returned product at their own expense.

To start a return, please use the CONTACT US link on the top left side menu of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, we will provide you with a Store Credit for the value of your returned item.

Giftcards are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES:
MaisonSkin does not currently offer exchanges – Only Store Credit for defective and damaged products or if you receive the wrong product.
